2024 Medium Festival Schedule

We welcome the return of in-person programming and a celebration of our 12th annual festival from April 25 to April 28, 2024. Registration is available at the Marriott Courtyard Old Town.

Join us for mind-expanding experiences, educational workshops, and southern California’s premier celebration of contemporary artists using photography. Most festival events take place at the Marriott Courtyard Old Town. We will have a dedicated parking lot on Saturday, April 27 in addition to public transit options by train, light rail, and bus. Our 2024 Keynote Lecture with Cara Romero takes place at the San Diego Central Library, downtown.

Sunday, April 28

8:00am-6:30pm - bus tour of artist studios and exhibition spaces in tijuana

11:00-11:45am - exhibition walk through with cara romero (mopa @ Sdma)
- space limited to 30 people - Sign up at the festival check-in desk for a
guaranteed spot or come to MOPA early on Sunday, first come, first served.
